I've been an active member of the design community, both internally and externally during my time at IBM. I've served as a mentor representing IBM at university panels, and as part of the college accelerate program at IBM.
Throughout my time on the team, I've helped run virtual and in-person design thinking sessions with our broader group of stakeholders.
